A singer, songwriter and guitarist, Idette creates music shaped by a lifetime of experiences, observations and emotion. Her songs are personal without being confined to her own story. She explores love, loss, resilience, change and the complicated moments that stay with us long after they’ve passed.

There is an honesty at the center of Idette’s songwriting. Rather than chasing trends or trying to fit neatly into a category, she approaches each song as its own story, allowing the melody, lyrics and guitar to take it where it needs to go.

For Idette, music is ultimately about connection. A song written from one person’s experience can become something entirely different in the hands of the listener. A memory, a feeling, or simply the reassurance that someone else has been there too.

After years of writing and creating, Idette is now bringing those songs together and sharing them with a wider audience.
